« While the weather didn't help our stay the property had all the amenities we needed and is well suited for a summer getaway. »

« We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. « Great place to spend a weekend. Property is clean, quiet and the tram adds something different. Check in was easy and host responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay. »

« Stayed here with 9 friends and felt like we had heaps of room. Garage/games room is lightly sound deadened which is good if you’re having a rather competitive game of pool. Only downside I found is that in the photos it looks like the bbq is on the balcony, but it’s actually by the front gate. Otherwise an excellent and well equipped property that we would happily hire again. Thanks guys »

« We had 3 generations staying here when we cancelled our trip to Noosa due to Cyclone Alfred. We were very lucky to find this house 3 days before our holiday. It was exactly as described if not better. Everyone had an amazing time. There were 4 different families and each had their own space. Gran and Pop took the self contained beach house away from all the noise! There were high chairs for our two babies and so many beds that the cousins all swapped around and had combined sleepovers.
