The hallway rugs were not vacuumed and our room smelled musty. The musty smell subsided somewhat once we turned on the air. Overall a comfortable stay except for the musty smell. »

« They are remodeling some places that are a little outdated. Our room was spotless, just a bit outdated. The pool and hot tub were working perfectly and more updated than many other places. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, bacon, mini omelets, cereal, pastries, all the good stuff. The gym was updated as well. Highly recommend. »

« I live in town and needed to stay due to my air conditioner being out at home. The reservation was easy to make, and the staff were very friendly. Upon entering my room, I noticed that the spread coving my bed was stained and looked dirty, and the curtain was worn with many holes in it too. Later that evening we found a baby roach on the table. « I had checked in and minutes later got a call about a family emergency and had to leave immediately and was denied a refund request. Also I had to switch rooms because the first one the tub was completely stopped up and water just collected in the tub. The first room smelled of mildew. The second room reeked of pot. There was only one towel. I would rather sleep in my car then ever sleep at this hotel. »

« By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray.
