« Location is good, not far from downtown. Staff needs to do better. I had to go to directly to the cleaning crew for new towels and ask them to take my overflowing trash. When i spoke to the front desk asking what the schedules were so we didn’t miss or sleep through the service (like we did the first day when we had to DND sign on the door and when we left the crew was in the very room next to ours) the answer we received was “they get to it when they get to it”. « This was a wonderful place to stay! The location is right on the beach with convenient, direct beach access. There were plenty of seating areas, a nice space for pets to run around, and an outdoor pool ranging from 3 to 6 feet deep.
The only issue I experienced was with the smoking. Although this is a smoke-free property with a designated smoking area, it was located right beside the pool where families and children gather. Additionally, some guests were smoking on their balconies, which took...

« This was my first time going to Kure Beach. From the outside, the place looks okay, but run down. The room was small, but the air conditioner worked amazing. I was surprised because they were very rusty. The kitchen is small and doesn't have much room to do anything. Staff was very nice. The pool was relaxing, although not kept clean. The 2nd day we were there, there was stuff in the pool. Overall , we enjoyed our trip. I don't know if I would stay there again. »
