« My wife and I were looking for somewhere to stay to break up a road trip and found the Falcon Cottage. It was a great place to unwind after a long day of driving…we relaxed in the pool, grilled dinner on the patio, soaked in a beautiful sunset, and slept like babies. We would happily stay here again next time we are passing by! If you’re looking for a sturdier lodging than is offered inside Death Valley, this would do the trick - Pahrump is the closest real town and an easy drive into the Park. »

« Clean, well stocked kitchen, good location for visiting Death Valley NP, comfortable furniture and bed. We would stay there again if we had the opportunity. Unique and lovely place to stay. »

« Loved the trip, convenient to death valley, secluded and quiet. »

« The home is well appointed. Modern. Clean. Enjoyed basics in kitchen including coffee to pasta and cereal. We really appreciated the ability to do laundry. Gas station at casino (nearby) is convenient before heading back into Death Valley for the day and half the price than inside the NP. The house has lovely being bedrooms and bathrooms. »

« This is a very comfortable place - has everything I needed. Stayed nice and cool even with hottest temperatures outside. Quiet and private. Host was helpful. I'll stay again if in town. »

« This house was fantastic! Everything was so clean and well done. Even the landscaping in the front yard was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for the weekend. Frank is a gracious host, and check in and out could not have been any easier. Thanks so much. We will definitely be back! »

« Great place very well kept up! The only thing that was slightly irritating was being asked to strip the beds at the end of our stay. Otherwise this was a fantastic stay. »

« Our second time here, and a lovely stay. Great for checking out wildlife-BLM land and Death Valley wilderness is literally on the doorstep. The host is responsive and helpful. This is a great place for visits to Death Valley NP and for Ash Meadows or Big Dune. »

« Amazing house and grounds with the perfect blend of western niche charm and modern comfort.Four of us stayed here and were blown away by the attention to detail—from the rustic decor that captures the spirit of the Southwest, to the thoughtfully designed spaces that made our stay incredibly relaxing. The outdoor areas were great as well, shaded seating out back, access to a gas grill to enjoy the patio and of course plenty of room to unwind under the desert sky.The house was spotless and clearly...

« Very comfortable home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Beds are comfortable. No surprises! Gayle communicated all information prior to arrival and we didn't need anything further during our stay. We were visiting family and we would stay at this property again. »

« We would definitely stay here again!! The house is super clean and had everything we needed. Quiet area. The back deck is the perfect spot for a morning coffee. »

« So the RV was fairly clean, but leveling was way off and the potty water tank overflowed and created an unsanitary condition inside the RV. Also it was really cold with insufficient heating. The heater didnt seem to work in the RV and the small heater they provided didnt keep it warm either. So we had no bathroom and heat. The only awesome parts of this was the farm and kangaroo we got to pet and feed and take pics with. Thats why i am not giving just 1 star. I really hope they keep their word...

« We realy enjoy the place. The owner communication skill is way above what I experienced before in other places and Linda, the maid who lives close by, is realy friendly and helpfull. »

« This is the fourth time that I've rented this house. It is convenient to Staccato Vegas. The house is well stocked and maintained. David, the owner, is great to work with and very responsive. »

"I don't have words to say how conforting was my short stay at this B&B. Jennifer and here friends were so sweet and welcoming I felt like home more than 5 thousand miles from where I live (probably my best stay in the US). Animals and pets are kings there, it shows they are very well treated. The hosts have hundred of stories to share and are a joy to be around. The breakfast was excellent and the atmosphere was very friendly. This magnificent place deserves way more time to enjoy it. It's safe even if you're a solo traveller. The hosts are just so funny and kind. I highly recommend Shady Lady B&B and I'll sure be back as soon as I can !"
