« great location for caves brand new house »

« Very clean, very nice, very up to date appliances and amenities. Just as advertised. Was a great place to stay for a few nights. Back off the road. The yard is secluded, surrounded by woods. Beds comfortable. Hot tub looked great. We didn't use it. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath worked great. Plenty to do very close. Would definitely recommend and return ourselves. Thanks! »

« It was overall a good stay. The property could use a good deep clean-Dust bunnies under the beds, walls were dirty, and 2 of the 3 beds had questionable spots on the sheets which made us concerned if they were actually laundered. The house was cute and perfect for what we were needing. Host was responsive to messages. »

« Traveled with my daughter, SIL and four grandsons.(7) Roomy enough for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning, with my cup of coffee, while listening to the variety of birds. And gazing at the star filled nights. Grandsons had fun playing corn hole and making smores in fire pit. Great communication with host. »

« House was easy to access and get to the national park. Close to walmart and main street. The place was clean and well-maintained. We needed a little more seating than was available for our family of six, but overall we had a pleasant stay. We'd definitely come back! »

« Property is only accessible by helicopter. The road is not safe to travel on. I have a lifted 2024 4X4 Tundra and could not safely get to the house. Trying to back out once you make the turn is the most dangerous thing I've done in a long time. No phone service if stuck and you are miles from anything. « Fabulous stay at Lake Chateau! Booked a midweek stay for a change of scenery and this property was perfect for me and my partner. So many thoughtful touches from the host - they definitely tried to think of any and everything you may need. Much appreciated! Every light switch, every remote control, button and knob was clearly marked so that there was no confusion. We never needed to reach out to the host for anything.
