„We enjoyed being able to walk off the property into National Forest and that it was secluded (good for the dog, who has a hard time around strangers). We saw a good amount of wildlife, large and small. Great place to stay if your goal is to get away from home and find some peace and quiet. Not particularly close to major tourist attractions, but convenient if you wanted to climb some of the 14ers between Breckenridge and Fairplay.“

„So cute and perfect. The house had everything we needed and the little details mattered. We really enjoyed our time. The food truck was so close and easy, we loved the coffee place in town and the bakery was to die for - all walking distance. We even got some snuggles from the neighbors dog when we were outside enjoying our coffee.... loved every min. “

„Cool place perched high with great views. Location was a challenge to get to with high altitude very icy switchback roads. You’ll have to drive a way to get to anything but that’s also part of the charm. “

Home description is completely accurate even though it sounded too good to be true. The house has spectacular Colorado mountain decor and the views from the multiple decks on this house can only be fully captured with the human eye. „Beautiful house with decks, hot tub and wonderful view. A small balcony off the upper level was the perfect spot to see the stars. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was fully equipped with top end appliances. Very comfortable beds. Communication with Steve was great. A short gravel road delivers you to this gem of a getaway. A special perk is the garage which allows your car a space from the changeable Colorado weather. I wish we could have stayed longer. “
