« Property is in a nice location, walking distance to the beach, some restaurants, convience store, and miniature golf. Rooms were extremely clean and bed was very comfortable with quality sheets and pillows. Available washer / dryer on premises came in useful. »

« My eldest daughter was getting married and we wanted to be closer to the venue as we had a lot to set up and food to prep. This residence offered just what we needed: Large kitchen, plenty of room for family/friends, and it was out in the country. There was was dumpster at the end of the road which came in very handy. Did not have any issues and our host quickly responded to any messages. I would definitely stay here again. »

« The host is easy to contact and very helpful and friendly. The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is huge to enjoy cooking and entertaining. Backyard is fenced in for pets and children with a swing set. I also enjoyed the large porch to view pond and wildlife. It’s a convenient drive to restaurants and beach, under 20 mins. »

« It’s an older property but I liked it. I go to Topsail beach often. I live in Wilmington NC. It’s worth the 55 minute drive. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful ocean front view. »

« Booked this place on short notice for a last minute beach getaway. Check in was super easy, host was very responsive, place was clean and well kept and just a short walk from the beach. We had 11 people, so two had to sleep on the couch and hidabed. Also, the hot tub was out of commission, which was a bummer. Other than that, a great stay!! »

« My family stayed here for Mother's day weekend. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The location is perfect if you like to see the sunrise from the front deck. Private beach access was a huge plus. Only minutes from the restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again. »
