„My husband and husband’s parents stayed in this cute house to go to the Ark Encounter. We loved the property! Enjoyed quiet evenings outside at the fire pit and enjoyed visiting the farm animals across the street. Great distance to the Ark. I had a few communications with the property owner, very quick responses and very nice. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. I’d stay again! 10/10“

„We only stayed one night, but the house was equipped with everything you would need for longer. The kitchen was clean with plenty of utensils and cooking apparatus for a group. The bathroom was small but had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was plenty of towels. There is a washer/dryer. And of course the television and reliable WiFi. The owner was nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. “

„My cousin and I were on a road trip on our way to Nashville for a wedding and decided to visit The Ark along the way. Granny's House was in an excellent location both to The Ark and just for a quiet place to relax. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would have loved to have had more time to just enjoy staying in the house. If we're in the area again, we will definitely hope to stay there again.“

„Stephanie’s property is ideal to visit both attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Union, KY, it is a 30 minute drive to each attraction. Local amenities in Union are only 5 minutes away. Perfect for our family of 8, the property exceeded our expectations. Stephanie is a fantastic host, communicating with us every day. A new home that is built specifically for VRBO rental, it is comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay there again. “

„This is a nice little house, just a few miles from the Ark. The only reason I rated at four stars instead of five is that the shower curtain has orange mold at the bottom, and what appears to be boogers crusted on the inside. Everything else was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. This was a pleasant place for me and my family while we enjoyed The Ark and Williamstown.“
