„Our room was clean, there was new carpet but the room still had a musty smell which would be nice if they could resolve… everything else was good.“

„Sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer, Bett war sehr bequem. Der "SPA-Bereich" bestand aus einem kleinen Pool und einem Whirlpool, also die übliche Hotel-Ausstattung“

„A/C made a loud clicking noise every time it shut off, it woke me up every 45-60 minutes. I switched rooms the following morning, the A/C didn’t cool very well, I left it on while we went to dinner and when I got back two hours later the A/C had shut itself off. Elevator doors malfunctioned multiple times, had to take the stairs a couple times.“

„I had to switch rooms because I found a roach in the bathroom. The next room had ketchup all over the rug and tile and the fridge did not have shelves. The third room was better, but when I went to call the front desk, the phone did not work and the front desk said they had an outages and was working on it. The staff however, was wonderful on all fronts! They were accommodating to each issue and made it a priority.“

„The views were beautiful. We enjoyed being able to have our pup with us with no charge. The restaurant was out of a lot of things, but we were kind of in off-season. We loved being able to rent a golf cart to explore.“

„Was okay for our family visit. Friendly staff. Beds are tall. Easy location to get around.“

„Kind and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms and shared spaces.“
