Ich habe als Wunsch angegeben, dass wir bitte keine Zimmer am Fahrstuhl haben möchten, wenn es geht allgemein ruhig gelegene Zimmer. Als wir einchecken wollten fing der Ärger an. „We booked 2 queens with sleeper sofa for 2 nights. however, they only have a sofa bed in the Kingbed Rooms. But on their homepage it says there is one in the room description (not divided into queen and king). Hotel.com also says there is one. It took a lot of time and phone calls to allow us an early check out the 2nd night. The pictures on the homepage look nicer and newer than it really is, but everything would have been ok. “

„We love the amazing staff and this well maintained location!“

„Zuvorkommender Frontdesk Chef. Speisesaal frisch restauriert und sehr schön und zweckmässig. Sehr gutes, warmes Frühstück. Zimmer zum Teil noch nicht alles fertig. Verpflegung in nächster Umgebung. Gute Unterkunft, zum empfehlen.“

„The reservation was for a 1 bedroom suite, but when I checked in they said that there were no more 1 bedroom suites available even though the room was prepaid. they offered me 2 rooms but that would not help since it was just my wife and I and we just wanted a separate bedroom from the living area not an additional non-connecting room.“

„Ok“

„Moderne Infrastruktur. Freundliches Personal. Ruhig. Sicher. “

„Ruhiges Hotel, gut aufgeteilte Zimmer, das einzige Manko ist das die Rezeption nur bis um 19:00. geöffnet hat.“
