„A total dream! Stunning mountain views and amazing wildlife.,We recently stayed at the Corduroy Inn and Lodge during the beautiful early autumn shoulder season, and it is an absolutely gorgeous property. Visiting in September meant we enjoyed pleasant mountain weather, fewer crowds, and significantly lower rates compared to winter. It was a bit quiet during our stay, and a quick tip for future travelers is to plan ahead, as many of the local restaurants and shops were closed, and our planned ...

„This is the most beautiful stay in the mountains. Was so nice to feel so far away and serene, but also be close to food and groceries at the same time. Host Rob&Caley were very welcoming and sincere. We can not wait to return in the winter!!“

„Clean room and friendly staff, not having a microwave in the room only in the common area and the hours of the office being open was a slight inconvenience“

„Good“

„Our stay at Allegheny Springs was great. We were on the first floor so we had walkout access to the pool area. A short walk to several restaurants and shops. Fantastic mountain view.“

„There was quite a bit of hair in the tub around the drain when we first checked in. It was kind of icky to see that. The room itself was nice though. I'd go back when I want to visit Snowshoe, WV or the surrounding area. The property is right in the middle of the village, which is nice. Close to restaurants and shops.“

„Nice room for two - studio. No kitchen stove or dishwasher. No ice in room or on property was a big downfall.“

„The room was a dated and basic furniture was uncomfortable. Dining options are limited to one restaurant and a coffee shop. There were 2 fire alarms on back-to-back nights and when we went to leave, the parking lot was not plowed “

„What an adorable place! It had everything we could possibly have needed (or wanted!)! Joe was great to work with and the place was immaculate! A perfect stay!!! Thank you, Joe!“

„Loved the decorations in our studio.Pool was lovely, outside pool heated to perfect temp.Easy 5 minute ride to the village.Quiet area at this time of year. They do have a restaurant at Silver Creek but did not stay open late in day.“

„The room stunk bad! When we walked in we walked through cobwebs in the kitchen and bathroom areas. There were live and dead bugs in the bathtub and in the kitchen. Our feet were dirty on the bottom after getting a shower and walking on the floor. The fan on a stand was so caked with dust it wouldn't move air. We cleaned it.The microwave had food splatter left in it.Whoever is cleaning your room for you is just taking your and my money. The floor should be mopped after every time it's rented.This ...

„Loved the cabin feel of this place while still being close to town and groceries. The cabin sits right on a beautiful stretch of river, and we got to cast a line for the first time in almost six years. Felt like a real breath of fresh air. Peaceful, comfortable, and a wonderful stay.“

„Absolutely the best place to rent if you want peace and quiet. The cabin itself is very very well furnished with almost anything you would need. Very comfy bed, and the view from the porch is amazing. Very very little traffic on the road, and just so quiet. Well worth the rental price. Will Absolutely go back.“
