„Very peaceful and convenient Close to Charleston and Dunber ( WV State University)Will stay here everytime we come home!!Plenty of room but Would ask that owner would explain extra bedding in each room better It is listed as two beds but thr extra beds are blow up mattress.“

„I needed a place to stay for a work conference. Stay here is about 10 min from downtown. I was able to quickly pick up food from the many restaurants in the area. There is even a Krogers. Owner responded quickly to my internet problem and was attentive. Check in and Checkout was easy. No keys.This is the first place I'll check for availability the next time i need to stay in Charleston. “

„The house is very nice and clean. Hosts communicate promply. Stocked with whatever you need for a comfortable stay. Only trouble we had was actually finding the house due to it has a separate small road to get to it. Other than that A. Would definitely recommend. “

„Came into town for a volleyball tournament. This was a perfect spot! The bed was so comfortable, a teammate stayed on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable also. The place was clean and so cutely decorated. Communication with the host was great! Quiet area. I’m hoping to stay here again! “

„We greatly enjoyed staying at Royal retreat townhouse the condo is fully updated. It is clean with nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The townhouse is conveniently located near grocery store and city park. Highly recommend this unit.“

„We needed a house that could put our family under one roof while we said goodbye to our Matriarch. This house provided 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 well equipped bathrooms, as well as a large living area and kitchen and a table that could seat all 10 of us. There was an issue with the AC but we had a repairman there soon after we reported the issue. Our host was quick to respond and provide answers and help when needed. „We were in town attending a memorial for a local family member. The first floor rental was the perfect spot for our family. We had two other members of the family that were able to rent the second floor. We were able to see both rental units. Clean and what wonderful local art and history!The area was nice and quiet, the home charming. It was exactly what was needed, made us feel at home. We would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Also check out the MothMan Museum. “
