« The cabin was quite inviting and had everything we needed. We loved how peaceful our surroundings were but also how easy it was to get to our other activities. We went whitewater rafting, toured the New River Gorge Bridge area, went to the Beckley Coal mine and even visited Thurmond. Thanks for the restaurant recommendations Paul. I must mention how nice the bedsheets were. »

« This place was perfect for our trip. It was very clean and spacious. The game room was a plus for our kids and teenagers. The home had a lot of essentials needed. The only problem we had was the stove was a bit tricky to use but we eventually figured it out. It was nice and semi private. Will stay again if in West Virginia. »

"On sent bien que les proprietaires essaient de faire des efforts pour rendre l’endroit accueillant mais il y a tellement de travail. Nous ne somme pas restĂ© la chambre sentait vraiment le tabac et pourtant c’etait une non fumeur (en tout cas dans notre reservation). Il y avait en effet comme on peut le lire ailleurs des insectes et nous ne sommes pas fan de partager notre lit avec. Il a fallut a plus de 20h trouver un nouvel hĂŽtel. Experience dĂ©cevante."

"Although the clerk on arrival was very quiet, the staff in general was very friendly. Breakfast options were good and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot chocolate, coffee, and tea in the lobby upon arrival."
