« Great location in a quiet neighborhood that was close to many areas of interest.We attended the Jour de Fete festival in St. Genevieve—hopping on Highway 61 at the bottom of the hill had us there in 10 minutes. One of the bathrooms had two sets of grab bars in the step-thru tub access shower. It would be perfect for anyone with mild balance/stability concerns.Beds were comfortable and vintage decor very 60s. Bathrooms and bedrooms very clean. « This property worked very well for our family. The Castle was close enough to the wedding venue and far enough to be away from it all. The fishing was great for the kids, we definitely spent more time outside having fun rather than watching screens. Wifi and internet worked great, but this location is a great place to disconnect unwind and enjoy. »

« The motel is in pretty rough shape. It was sufficient for sleeping and not much else. Burn holes is old table chairs and table was chipped and stained with paint. Hot water in sink didnt work. »

« Everything was perfect!!! The things that need to be updated are updated, and the things that don't, aren't! It was a lovely, historic place to stay. In our opinion, way better than a hotel. It was a chilly weekend and we were perfectly warm, check in was easy, and check out was even easier. Great location to everything in town. We have recommended this place to all our family and will stay again. »

« The cabin was great! Had a long Dad/Daughter weekend, it was a perfect place to relax, unwind and spend time together. For me the rustic feel felt very much like home. Communication with the host was great. I would love to go back. »
