« The hotel did not disclose that parking was extra at the time of booking. We have stayed there multiple times in the past. Also Manhattan is not a major city so to charge guests for parking is a money grab. Also breakfast is no longer included which was also not disclosed at the time of booking. The excuse given was new management. Very disappointing that they waited until I arrived to disclose this information as a result I will never be booking with them again »

« No blankets on the bed and the check in person was rude. There were many other unhappy customers there because their a/c was broken. »
