We did not expect to see a sign at check-in that said if we needed anything in our room, the staff would get to it if “they weren’t busy.” Another sign said that our rooms would not be serviced by housekeeping. „Staff was great, breakfast not so much. 2 of the 3 mornings I was there there was little to no hot food in the warmers, including 1 morning with 3 of the 4 offerings completely gone and there were only 3 people in the dining room so it wasn’t that they had a big rush. This caveat is a bit buried in the listing so we overlooked it, and just seems unusual for a nice listing. The reason given was that they did not want to have to wash them.
