« NIGHTMARE. Host was grumpy since Day 1. After the Host waited to inform me the unit was ready just 5 minutes before check-in time, I drove to the unit and upon arrival, the place looked like a DUMP. Garage door was wide open and COMPLETELY FULL of junk as well as the yard, I thought I was in a homeless area. Rental unit looked VERY OLD and run down and once inside, you could hear people walking and talking above you. Unit was DIRTY inside and LOUD. Wi-Fi service was PATHETIC at 15mbps. ...

« The house was as described, clean and easy to access. The king bed was amazingly comfortable. And the hot tub was clean and easy to use. The location was perfect walking distance from a few shops and coffee spots. However, we were woken up by the upstairs neighbors at 6am with a constant stomping that didn’t stop until about 8am on a Saturday. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs in case that’s a regular occurrence. »

« Excellent and clean accommodations. Off street parking is a plus. Convenient and safe location. Two fireplaces for the cold SF nights. Made great use of the massage chair. Both bathrooms were roomy with big step in showers. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Great communication with the owner. Quick and immediate responses to your questions.Will definitely stay here again when in the Bay Area. »

"Rooms were tidy and spacious. Shuttle to and from the hotel every hour, convenient. No breakfast but there's free coffee / tea in the lobby.The main issue was noise: we were in front of a passing road and it was REALLY noisy. Everyone woke up early because of it, even the kids. "
