« This is my 3rd time renting the castle and everything was just as expected. The hot tub was very clean and stayed at a nice hot temperature, there were plenty of clean towels and extra bedding, the grounds were beautiful and the castle itself was well organized and clean. « We really enjoyed our stay. It definitely has a cottage feel and was decorated with a beach motif. Honestly very cute! Staff & housekeeping were extremely nice and very helpful. It's great to stay with family but if you want your own place to decompress, then this is it! This isn't a Marriott or Hilton but it is country fresh! If possible, get a room on the backside for quietness. »

« The property was great for our little getaway, our dog loved going in the water. We didn't have great weather but Doreen had the porch covered with a clear tarp and had the outdoor heaters on when we got there so we were able to enjoy the view. It was a short drive to Lexington which was perfect. Definitely would stay again. »
