« We were disappointed that the cabin we reserved had not been cleaned. We had to drive to a location where we had cell service to contact the host. She put us in another cabin which was comparable, but it was not secluded like the one we reserved. The porch on the second cabin had not been cleaned for the season but the host offered to come and clean it for us. Once we got through the check in process, we enjoyed our time there. « Overall, we had a great stay and would stay here again. We were a little disappointed that the pond was all dried up and is only present after the area has had enough rain. So we were unable to let our kids fish off the dock like we planned. We also did not pack any cases of drinking water because the picture of the fridge shows it has a filtered water dispenser, but when we arrived we learned it is not connected to a water line. »

Private and especially clean and cozy.The bathroom and shower building was very very clean which is important.The cabin is very well thought out, the chairs on the deck double as rockers yet perfect as just chairs, the outdoor firepit is great and works well, and a propane grill so don't have to drag along charcoal along with the rest of what a person might need.This place is wonderful and highly recommend for one or two people. »

« The property was clean. Please be aware getting to the beds are challenging! At the highest point in the bedroom it's 3ft in the middle if that. The sofa bed would only work for kids. The bathroom is very nice as well as the kitchen. However, again beware if your tall. My husband is 6'7" and getting around in the kitchen and bathroom was a little hard for him.
