« The property is beautiful and well cared for.There is a lot of space to enjoy family and friends. »

« Two night stay. There were five adults of which 3 were seniors. We only used the beds, Kurig machine and WiFi. All of these were as advertised and we had no issues.Neighborhood is convienient for anything in or near Topeka. It is also a quiet established neighborhood. »

« I was happy to find a pet friendly rental for our stay. The rental is a nice, older property. The beds were VERY comfortable. We slept very well. The fenced yard is a small courtyard, that served our purpose nicely. »

« The property was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy as the code was sent to us days before entering. Beds were good and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances pretty new. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our stay was enjoyable. »

« This location is quiet and a great place to stay. This is our 2nd time staying here and this is the first place I look for to see if available when coming to Topeka Ks. Love the screened in porch while drinking my morning coffee. »

« Great overall for our family. Does not have the pictured outdoor play area. Host was very reponsive and helpful. No windows with screens and stuck doors were hard for kids. »

« This is a wonderful home. While the house is very nice the expansive estate is beautiful and relaxing. We had a great time. »

« GREAT location! My band was on tour and had a show in Lawerence. Looked for a VRBO and found this gem only 2 blocks from the bar we were playing at. Spent the day walking up and down Massachusetts St. We found lots of cool shops, the best coffee/bakery place directly downstairs and an unreal restaurant where we indulged in all the food including pie. Perfect place. Exactly what we were looking for and needed. We would love to go back to Lawrence and would definitely pick this place again...
