„Very nice place to stay . Neighbors dogs right outside of bedroom window yapped non stop consistently from 10pm to 3am but that’s not the property owners fault . Also a woman sat in driveway and got out and was looking in windows taking pictures . Saw me and didn’t say a word . I would assume if it was the property owner they would have said something. Seemed odd, “

„Amazing views of the Cumberland River with a great back porch including a hot tub that overlooked the river. The owners were very welcoming and the perfect couple. We will definitely go back. I loved the small town and atmosphere. It was close to Cookville so we could visit the Falls. The house was roomy and clean.“

„Wonderful place. The hosts are really nice people and are easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, I had to rushed to the hospital during our stay. The host called 911 and they stayed with me until I was transported to the hospital. So we didn’t get to use the hot tub or the firer pit. “

„Great experience at a great price and the owner was very responsive to messages. The only feedback I could think to give is that one of the rooms I guess extends or opens to the outdoors (not sure because I’m not familiar with operating a camper) but it wasn’t properly shut. I found quite a few wasps in that bedroom due to that issue. Otherwise things were perfect. “

„We loved our stay. Beautiful view and property. Had everything we needed and the owners were helpful and accommodating! We came to the area for Burgess Falls (which was breathtaking
 we did the hiking overlook trail and then also kayaked with a guide to the base of the falls) It was a great adventure. The property description lists Burgess as closer than it is
 it is a 35-40 minute drive but worth it! “
