« we loved the house. decor and finishes were very nice new and attractive. this worked out week for our stay to visit family. the only shortcomings we witnessed were not having a dishwasher and the faucet in the bathroom sprayed all over you every time you used it. otherwise, it was a very nice place for a young/small family or a couple. »

« I would like to preface this by saying we did violate the "no pets policy". I absolutely understand that means we needed to vacate the property but it was a horrible experience. I went to shower and realized the prior tenants towels were still hanging on the towel rack and the used washcloths were still in the shower. The toilet had not been cleaned and there was no hand soap -- anywhere...

« Wow! The owner thought of everything! If you have rented VRBO before, you know the stress that comes with making sure you have everything packed or purchased that you need just to cook a meal. The kitchen has every tool, pan, pot, mug, cup, etc. The fridge has every condiment you could desire. « Our Adult Children, Spouses & Grandchildren had a Fantastic Time @ The Summer House! The property is Beautiful! We especially enjoyed the shallow beach for our Grandchildren. The Garage was well equipped on electronic games, ping pong, shuffle board and other games.
