« Moving our daughter in to the dorm at SEMO for yr 2. Been coming to this location since our trip here during her senior year of HS when she visited SEMO to audition for the musical theatre program. It is a great place to stay when you have more than 2 people. »

« The owner of this property was very quick and responsive to messages. The house was very clean and well stocked. The location was great and very convenient for my visit to SEMO. I would definitely stay here again. »

« The three bedrooms on the main level share one full bath and one half bath. The bedroom upstairs has its own bath. The only negative for us was that several people were sharing that one full bath, but it worked out fine. I thought the location was good and the beds were comfortable. »

« Went to a SEMO football game and this is an ideal place to stay for that activity. Able to tailgate then pop in to refresh drinks etc. I am calling this place the 3C place. It is cute, convenient and oh so comfortable. Beds and chairs are all comfy and you have plenty of room. Like the other reviews say it is clean and the owners communicate very well. There is a staircase to go up that can be daunting at first. But take your time and it gets easier. Would book again if the home games were open....
