« Listing says air conditioner but there was no air conditioning, it was a very warm and humid basement. The host was polite and had good communication. It is in a sketchy area so keep that in mind. It was reasonably clean besides the dirty floors and what looked like mold around the tub. The bed was comfortable and relatively clean. The host lives upstairs and them and their children were very noisy anytime before 10pm. Not terrible but I wouldn't stay here again. »

The only downsides are the very small garage ( we rented a Mazda CX-70 and had to park touching the far wall to fit) and the neighborhood. We walked to the Oilers stadium and to the Royal Alberta museum, but didn’t feel super safe walking around after dark. »
