« Location 10/10, nothing to complain whatsoever about that, in this economy with this much amenities in the room this was great. Cleanliness 8/10. Only deducted because this is just personal thing nothing they did wrong - I'm allergic to colorants in cleaners and if you are like me and are sensitive to colorants in cleaners (red 40, yellow 5, etc) the bedsheets will suffocate you for sure. « Biggest problem was that I never got the email with the access codes after checking in online. The place has no personnel on site, so I couldn't get in when it was really cold outside. Had to call customer service, where it was resolved. Within a few minutes. I could hear pretty much everything that went on in the room next door, and even when people just went up and down the stairs in front of my room, I could hear everything. « My family really enjoyed our stay at Alex's place. We were visiting family friends who were located in Swampscott and were excited to have a large place to ourselves. We appreciated how close the apartment was to downtown Salem, local beaches and restaurants. The drive to our relatives in Swampscott was 5-10 minutes.
