„House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.“

„The location was perfect overlooking the Eden islands and Delaware River. Lots of room to explore. My adult children and dog loved it. Bonfire area was a big hit. The house was well stocked. We plan to visit again.“

„Serene and beautiful. More spacious even than it looks online. Wonderful place to retreat to with a group of couple friends or a family visiting the beautiful mountains and farms in the area. Feels like you’ve disconnected from the world, yet a great coffee shop and fully stocked supermarket are a few minutes ride. The hosts were very kind and communicative. Check in was a breeze. “

„Great place and price. Stayed with my friends and we had a great time. The river view was amazing. House was clean and rooms were spacious. Cooktop worked fine and the dishwasher was working fine as well. Heater was functioning warm enough for 30F below. Great place and value for the stay.“

„The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred.“

„We deeply enjoyed our stay.Arrival: Our host was very attentive from the time we booked our stay to the time we left. All instructions were accurate and more importantly, the rental was clean and well prepared.Stay: Our host was quick to offer solutions for even minor inconveniences. „House was as described and property group was good at communicating. Beatiful lake views and a small park nearby. The house only has queen beds, there is no king in the master as decribed in the pic and the septic system backed up into our shower during the stay.“

„I spent the weekend with my children and grandchildren in this lovely home. It was truly a wonderful experience. Lots of room to spread out. Couldn’t use the pool because it wasn’t open yet, but it was still wonderful weekend. I would highly recommend this home for people who have large families and want to spend some quality time with one another in a beautiful location.“

"Miete kassieren ist keine Wartung! Schöner Balkon... leider mit zugeschraubter Tür. Dafür fehlen die Dichtungen drumrum und durch die 3cm Lücken war es gut am ziehen. Die 2 Zimmer Karten 4 mal neu programmieren lassen... Taten immer nur nen paar mal dann gingen sie nicht mehr. Das hintere Treppenhaus ließ einem dem Atem stocken. Aber die Umgebung war traumhaft. Viel grün Wald und Bäume. "

"This hotel is awful. Really AWFUL. Worsest hotel ever. We checked in but did NOT sleep there. There was blood on the walls and on the mattress. It was really dirty and embarrasing. We did not feel safe at all, therefore we moved to another hotel for the night. Never ever we can recommend somebody to stay there. We will file a claim as well to get our money back. "
