« Little to no communication. Bathroom floors and dishes were dirty. Three forks, four plates, and a few random bowls were in the kitchen. We had to use plastic silverware. I really wanted to provide my college kids a home cooked meal while I was in town but we ended up having to order and reheat. No check out documents were provided even after they were requested. The common area was very noisy until late in the night- most of the windows looked out onto this area. »

« This was our first VRBO and we were so happy with the overall experience! Host was very communicative and looked out for all possible issues. The home was very clean and had many extras we weren’t expecting like a make-up table with lights and KCups. Between the amazing host and the wonderful home we have given up hotels! We would absolutely stay here again!! »
