„We had a great time at the rental. It was very close to campus. The backyard was very nice, Each of the rooms had a different theme. We enjoyed the poker table.“

„We enjoyed our stay while visiting Texas Tech. Very spacious home with privacy for 2 couples to share. Short drive to campus with off street parking for 2 vehicles. Only complaint was that it was warm at night, however the host did provide fans for each of the bedrooms which helped. “

„This is such a great property, and so is the host! Everything was well maintained and super clean and more than enough room for everyone who came with us. The backyard is LOVELY and the bar and patio area were awesome. The pool was pretty much why we picked this one, and it didn't disappoint!! Super clean, and the water was great. I could not recommend this one more.“

„While in town visiting family for the holidays we quite enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and we appreciated the game room amenities as well. The kitchen is always a natural gathering spot during holidays, and this one does not disappoint.
