« If your looking for quiet getaway this is it!!! Cozy relaxing with beautiful scenery. »

« This was an excellent place to stay out in the country while visiting NE Texas. We really enjoyed our stay w/ 3 kids (9, 6, 4) and one elderly. The house is cute and well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. The private pond is beautiful and close to the house, but not TOO close (FYI if you have really little ones). There were 2 rowboats and a canoe which we enjoyed. We saw fish moving though didn't catch any ourselves. Paula the host was extremely helpful and responsive. ...

« The house was great but the lawn needed to be mowed. Walking through tall grass to get into the house was not good. The inside of the house was very clean and neat. »

« Location was conveniently off highway. Ranch grounds were primitive. Back patio was a nice oasis. Pond was cute with peddle boat (except the boat filled with water when it rained). House was a nicely divided floor plan. Very accommodating for our two families, 10 total. Host was responsive and friendly. »

« Great property! We would definitely stay again. »

Kayaks, outside games, the dock was awesome, the kids fished right off of it, just can’t say enough good things about this place! Unfortunately the ice maker was broken while we were...
