„My 18 year old found this amazing spot, for our Anniversary! We wanted a lakeside getaway and this was ideal in so many ways. We spent the afternoons at the lake and when the weather permitted, we had breakfast there too. It rained both nights which also allowed us to have cozy indoor time together. „My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time. ...

„The property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here with our three pups and it was perfect. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) „This was a great house for our annual cousins' trip! The first level has all of the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. I will flag that you could hear everything from the bedrooms that was happening in the living rooms so may not be the best fit for light sleepers. Big, beautiful backyard!! “

„A Treasure Map.Secret messages. Riddles. Tiny hidden fairy houses. Underhill Hollow is its own little world. Completely enchanting! The Treehouse is beautiful and cozy and the property is just pure magic!...woods, a pond, stone walls, bridges and trails perfect for exploring! The hosts..both human and animal...goats,sheep,chickens,cats a dog and many frogs are fabulous. Can't recommend this place highly enough! “

„Stayed here NYE because it was close to an event we were going to. Such a cute farm! Michael was a great host and was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. „Over the week me and a few of my girlfriends stayed here for a girls trip. This cozy apartment was exactly what we need! We spent the day floating around Webster lake and there were plenty of good restaurants and Bars (The Swinging Chicken 10/10 dive bar). We spend the rest of our trip snuggled up by the fire place in the porch. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing trip! “

„Our occasional get together of old college friends was perfectly suited to this location - ample bedrooms / bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and living room. „The property has character. It is charming, clean, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We would stay there again.“

„Our group has been coming to the Norwich area every year for the past 5 years, and this by far was the best property we have stayed at. The house is in a wonderfully quiet and cute neighborhood, and Moheghan Sun is only a 5-minute Uber away. Grocery, gas, and restaurants are also conveniently located.The property is very, very clean and well-stocked, and was big enough for our group of 9 to spread out and relax. "Actually nicely located but unfortunately the building needs a total makeover. Old fashioned bathrooms, old carpets, horribly noisy fridge in the room and a toilet flush that was earsplitting loud. Staff not very flexible when arriving earlier and ask to park the car and not very communicative to tell you where the Downtown area is…. All in all acceptable for one night, but not longer!"
