« The cabin was perfect very clean and cozy. We loved the waterfall in the backyeard it was beautiful. So relaxing to sit out at fire at night with the sound of the waterfall. Very private area we loved everything about it. Tia answered any questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be back. The only thing i could say that was wrong was the one airconditioner did not cool the whole cabin maybe one in the bedroom as well would help but not a big deal i loved it. »

« We loved this private little cottage! We lounged in the hammocks and enjoyed the large front porch. It's conveniently located in the Finger Lakes, especially for Watkins Glen and Ithaca. We would definitely stay here again! »

« We had a phenomenal time ant our stay (mostly due to the farm animals lol.) Everyone was very friendly. The family has their kids over for the summer and it’s a very welcoming space seeing everyone playing. Cell service is spotty in the area so make sure you have the instructions on the map pulled up to get there. »

« Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep. »

« Amazing view from every floor! Comfortable and close to everything. We loved our stay here and will definitely return next year! »

« This is a perfect location on Seneca Lake. The proximity to wineries and also places to get things to eat are great. We’ve been here before and have returned and enjoyed it both times. The hot tub in the backyard is wonderful and the access to the lake is great. »

« We booked this house for a weekend away in the Finger Lakes and it was perfect. The home is stunning, and is perfectly situated right on the water. It was close to Watkins Glen and was right on the Seneca Wine Trail. For the home itself, it was a perfect place to stay. Spacious, well kept, extra amenities like a grill, a beautiful wrap around porch, and kayaks! We loved our time here and would love to come back. Highly recommend ! »

« We stayed at the Savannah house a few years ago and have been hoping to have the chance to rent another property owned by Pat so when I realized this was, I was thrilled. The personal touches and b&b feel of the properties is extremely charming & welcoming. We had a great stay! This is a beautiful property, within close proximity to several of our favorite local wineries/food spots, lake access for the dog and a provate dock. The house is well kept and very clean; the pictures accurately...

« Home was very clean, had everything we needed and more.. great location short walk to look at the lake »

« Rod and Carm were exceptional hosts! Very communicative, we got the run-down on where we’d be staying and all that would entail—their two dogs/greeters are so cute and friendly! Their property is beautiful and idyllic, a truly all-inclusive lake experience with kayaks and a dock, areas for dining on the deck or sitting and having coffee out on the dock over the water. The space where we stayed was clean and very comfortable for our stay—it had all the utilities we needed to accommodate our time...

« Check-in was flawless, kitchen facilities were really great- high end appliances and cookware. Our favorite activities at the lake are fishing and swimming, and both were perfect (though my husband caught zero fish). »
