« They are trying to renovate an old Victorian house, but really do not seem to have any experience with hotels or B&B's. The room we had was painted poorly with messy paint lines at the trim and paint drips on the floor. The caulking in the shower was comically bad. The shower was quite small. We waiting several minutes for the hot water in the shower and eventually took two back to back cold showers . There was no table or dresser to put our stuff on, so we had everything on the floor. « Excellent staff. Caring and helpful. Clean! Nice breakfast. Spacious king size bedroom. Only issue was the single elevator failed and climbing 3 stories was no fun at all. Fortunately it failed one day ago and not at the start of our weeklong stay. »

« Pool area had no clean pool towels . No one in the area checking on this . Stable where horses and goats were had extremely dirty water that looked like it hasn’t been changed in days. « Staff was excellent. We really enjoyed the boat tour of the lake. Rooms were large and comfortable. A great night's sleep. We really enjoyed sitting on the screen porch and watching the boats come and go. The decor is a bit dated. I believe they said the lakeside rooms were due to be updated in the next year. Restaurant was just so-so. We'd recc. going out to Grand Olde Station for a meal. Overall, a great stay. We plan to go back in the future. »

« Everything was great. Our family had a great stay. The one aspect that gave us pause was there’s a barn/sliding door for the bathroom. Having a door that closed would have been preferable. =0) »

« l’hôtel est facilement accessible et à proximité d'une grande zone commerciale. Le point négatif majeur est la taille des lits. Nous étions 3, un couple + un ado, et les lits font 120 ... donc petits pour 2 personnes. Il était pourtant indiqué lit double sur le site pour la réservation, ce qui en France équivaut à un 140. Aux US il faut systématiquement privilégier les lits en queen size (160). Le petit déjeuner est composé uniquement de gauffres, café, thé. »
