« We had an amazing time! The home was clean snd comfortable. The location is amazing. Close enough to town to have dinner, but peaceful at the house. Easy distance to all in Yosemite. Coffee each morning on the deck listening to the birds. It wsd also great to be able to walk to the lake. Megan was very responsive and checked in to make sure all went smoothly. We will stay here again! »

The host was exceptional at communicating - they provided clear directions, check-in instructions, and were quick to respond to any questions we had about the property. The cottage was perfectly sized for our family and very comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved the Nintendo system, which kept them entertained during downtime. « We were four couple and two kids, here for a week, for a family reunion and wedding. The bedroom in the basement had private bath, walkout doors, perfect for our bride and groom. Two bedrooms on main floor had private baths. Two bedrooms with lots of beds shared a bath upstairs (great for a family with kids). Small A/C units in bedrooms, "swamp cooler" in living room and large fans throughout the house kept things comfortable in July. The backyard/patio is amazing. (See photo.) A short...

« The place had everything I needed and the host communicated well. It was clean outside of a few spiderwebs/spiders (to be expected in a remote location like this). The only real inconvenience was the rocky driveway which makes it rough on smaller or lower cars. »

« The cabin was very clean and had lots of historic character. There were lots of steps so it might be harder for elders to not trip. The hot tub was great. It would be nice to have instructions for the fireplace if it's useable. Maybe I just missed them. Overall it was a great place and a quiet neighborhoid. »

« It took over an hour for me to be able to get into the cabin - wrong code for door. I received the correct code the next day. A door was left opened and that is how I was able to get inside - very unsafe. No napkins and no response. It took a little over 30 minutes to be able to get inside the community because of car check in. I was told parking was $40 per car and when I arrived it was $50. I asked for the listed price to be honored and was told no. I was told twice that I would get a response...

« We were never able to stay at the house, things on our side, kept changing and didn’t work out,. I had to change the date a couple of times and then had to end up canceling at the last minute, but the host was very accommodating and worked with me as much as possible. Even though I didn’t see the house, I would stay there if ever visiting Sonora because I do know that it was a great location as I am familiar with Sonora. »
