« Absolutely one of the best VRBO's we have stayed at. Bev is an excellent host, everything exactly as described with extra touches from the host. We would stay here again for sure. Keosauqua is a cute small town if you have an event in the area or just getting away we highly recommend "The Shop" »

« Very quiet modern cabin near the Keosauqua Des Moines River bridge. All dishes & kitchen utensils furnished, as was shower supplies and even laundry detergent. Truly a walk-in-with-clothes-and-start-living experience. »

« Cute little accommodations on the first floor of an old home. Nice deck out back, well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with the hosts. The bed was quite low to the ground and could use a new mattress...other than that it was a very comfortable stay! »

« Upon entering we immediately noticed the floors. They are very uneven, with humps and dips. The water pressure in the shower was terrible-you had to turn the hot all the way on to get it warm. There were cobwebs on the ceiling above our bed. Unable to use the coffee maker as the basket contained a moldy filter & coffee from a previous guest. Both the front & back doors had gaps that allowed light to enter. »
