« Quite and tranquil!! Pet friendly! Hosts very responsive. A storm blew in and knocked out the power, the hosts kept us informed as to when the power would be restored. Many books, movies and games to chose from, which the board games came in handy during the storm . We were on need of propane one night, we messaged the hosts and they were there within minutes. This is definitely 10 stars out of 5!! Would definitely stay at Coyote Creeks again and highly recommended! »

« We loved the character of the property. It was literally the barn! Bed and shower was clean. However, the cobwebs and spiderwebs were everywhere!!! We had spiders crawling on us at night and in the bed. The windowsills and ceilings need a good cleaning. Set up was real cute and cozy. We literally did nothing! Just rested, relaxed and reconnected. It definitely did for us exactly what we were hoping for. »

« Excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable space. I’m visiting small towns in NE Texas looking for some retirement property or home. Diane’s place is centrally located in between two lakes and the charming town of Mineola. The room was more than enough for a solo traveler. I booked through Expedia and apparently there is some issue with the communication with the VRBO app. It seemed like our messages were delayed or didn’t come through on one app but would show up on the other app....

« Absolutely gorgeous house and property. The kids games were so nice to have with a toddler and the cows right outside the front door were a hit! We brought extra towels and blankets and didn’t need them so that was nice too!! I would love to book this house again and come back to town when we can stay more than just 1 night so we have more time to enjoy it. The fresh eggs in the fridge made me smile as we have chickens at home too. :) »

« Quiet cottage in beautiful setting. We stayed after spending the day at Canton Trade Days. It was a wonderful place to kick back after a long day of walking/shopping. »
