„When we arrived at 3:20, our room wasn't ready. Check in 3:00. Got a different room. Toilet leaked, a couple other minor items not working. Went to complimentary breakfast going 7 am to 10. Got there at 9:00 am, no hot food. Ask several times when food would be ready, they were thawing out eggs. Put at at 10 am when everyone was leaving. Pass a guy as we were leaving. He had bags of McDonald's for his family.“

„If it had not been due to having to cancel our original hotel due to a computer outage, we would not have chosen the Ottawa Inn. It is an older property and has not been maintained. The pool and breakfast area have both been closed for who knows how long. The bathroom sink and shower diverter were both difficult to operate and the toilet leaked around the base indicating the seal was bad. Getting someone too the desk was not easy. Even with the pool out of service it is the first thing displayed ...

„This hotel was so incredibly clean and the staff was amazing. And it was quiet. Our bath fan had a few issues though. For the price, everything was perfectly reasonable.“

„The property was clean and well presented. The room and bathroom were large. Breakfast was delicious and Jodi was kind enough to meet my dietary restrictions and varying breakfast times. The setting for the farmhouse was beautiful with wooded walkways down to a stream and plenty of wildlife. I will definitely consider this property highly if I return to the area, either on business or with family.“

„We stayed in the middle of the winter. It was a beautiful location which was right between our family's locations in Wisconsin. This made it very easy for us to visit everyone between the holiday season.“

„Property was perfect for our purposes. Some things were found in vaninets/drawers from prior guests, a broken fishing pole was in the back fire pit, and one of the bedrooms seemed to be missing the TV remote. We did alert the host, but seeing as it didn't impact our trip, it really wasn't a big deal. Still, I wanted to share the facts.“
