„It was a mostly clean room. My only complaint was the floors were not swept or cleaned, but I did not complain and ask them to come sweep, which I am sure they would have. I killed at least 10 flies, but the cleaners usually leave the door open while cleaning them. “

„Staff was very nice. We did have to pay for our third child and our 2 puppies for each night there. We are use to just one fee. But I did get my deposit back fast. I was very satisfied with our stay. We were able to get clean towels and everything very quickly. That means a lot when your tired from dance competition all day. “

„Wonderful and relaxing area. Close enough to Boone to do stuff but far enough away to feel remote.The inside of the dome felt huge and the sound of the creek was such a calming backdrop to a very pleasant stay. Will definitely be staying here again.“

"Direkt bei einen Lastwagen-Gross-Parkplatz. Daher die ganze Nacht auch Verkehr. Dafür dort aber auch ein gutes Speiseangebot, so dass man nicht mehr in die Stadt fahren musste. Für mich ideal, da es nur als Durchgangs-Motel gedacht war. "

"I had slightly higher expectations before arriving at the hotel. The check-in staff were fine, but I was hoping for a bit more of that Southern hospitality. When we got to our room, we noticed a lot of noise from the road, so we went back down to request a room change, which they handled without any issues—this was fantastic. The room itself was quite nice, with a very comfortable bed, though the bathroom was a bit small but functional. I also want to highlight the number and quality of the towels, which were excellent. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the breakfast much. It was impossible to avoid single-use plastic, which, as Europeans, we find difficult due to the amount of waste it generates. The dining area also felt a bit drab and uninviting. Another downside was the housekeeping. Despite requesting, confirming, and leaving the sign on the door for daily cleaning, we returned one evening to find that no one had come to clean the room, which was disappointing."
