« Had a great, but too brief of a stay, at Linda and Jon's cabin. Very comfortable. Just wish the vegetable garden was ready for harvest. While the cabin appears isolated at first glance, it is actually very convenient to Kroger, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again, if passing through Carbondale. »

« The treehouse was super cozy and just the perfect size for us. I enjoyed all the amenities, especially a stacked kitchen, a hot tub, and evenings by the bonfire. A nature trail was such a unique addition! I would highly recommend this treehouse to anyone seeking to relax in nature. »

« We travel with dogs and that means sometimes we have to stay at places that I would say are less well maintained and beautiful. Not this one! The pictures don’t do it justice and everything was so convenient! Having the kayaks and the dock to swim off were so special! The beds are super comfy and if I have any complaint it’s that I couldn’t always find the right light switch! lol small price to pay for having a porch view of the main lake! The owners were easy to deal with and super responsive....

« Our group didn’t get to use this house actually. Owner had contacted us about having to move us because of the recent tornado, due to another family being displaced. Totally understand. The owner went above and beyond our expectations. He moved us to another property that was much larger and worked out great for our group. They even moved the boat dock in time for our trip. Can’t say anything negative about the property owner/manger. Thank you. We will be staying at this property again. »

« First of all, the owner was wonderful. She kept in touch leading up to our trip and checked in with us once we arrived to see if we needed anything. The property is gorgeous and we were amazed at how clean everything was when we got there. The attention to detail is amazing- they thought of everything! We are already planning a return trip! Out of 10 I would give it an 11! »

« We had 19 family members stay with us, the house, lake and dock were great . It was hot but house was nice and cool. kayaking, paddle boarding and sunning on the floating raft filled our days. Had a couple of big tables to enjoy meals and games. Thank you for sharing your house with us. »

« The cabin was perfect, neat and clean, it had all we needed for the stay. This will be a perfect place to spend with family away from busy schedule, host was very friendly and kind, replies fast. We stayed three nights, there isnt much to explore around but it was relaxing.!! We went to ponoma natural bridge, Bald knob Cross and Cedar Lake beach. »

« Everything is described as it is. I love this place. We came here for my 45th birthday. Walked up to the door, opened it and immediately impressed. Smells clean, new. I love the whole vibe of this place. Beds are super soft and comfy. The hot tub. .. Lets talk about the hot tub! Im mad at myself for only utilizing this once...yes ONCE! »

« My husband and I just wanted a quiet get away to do absolutely nothing. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of our jobs and home. I wanted to read a book, and he loves to fish. He walked to the pond; I sat on the deck (when it wasn't raining.) We were able to use the grill a couple of times in between showers. There was wildlife, deer, turtles, and birds to entertain. Town had an antique shop, and we visited neighboring towns for more shops and ate a meal in Carbondale which was...
