« Cute little coffee/post office at the top of the street. Was lovely and close to our wedding venue we were attending »

« What a shame !!!! The unit was actually very nice, and close to everything. The problem was how unmaintained it was. The floor was not vacuumed, and there were food scraps everywhere. The bathrooms had less than half a roll of toilet paper with no spare rolls. The kitchen had no sponge to be able to wash up. The main shower was not draining the water properly, and water would spill out. We called to tell them the problems and were told to plunge the shower ourselves (with no plunger available),...

« The house is spacious and light with large living areas and a deck with lovely views. The heating worked very well warming the house throughout. The garage has internal access to the house, however my car did not fit. Due to a storage cupboard in the garage, only small cars would fit. Plenty of parking on the street though. »

The entire property is lovely and the main house and cottage are perfect for group stays. The conservatory with its abundance of natural light, was the perfect place for the bride and bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done. Very clean and had everything to make your stay welcoming. We loved having a drink in the evenings...

« Werona Cottage was the most beautiful place to stay to wind down and relax after a difficult few months. The fit out and choice of fixtures is very considered. Everything is well thought out, classic, stylish and private. The location is perfect! Unfortunately the famous pub was closed for renovation. I would definitely recommend this beautifully equiped little cottage. I can't wait to stay again. »

« There was no reception and no wifi available despite what the listing says. We had to book another place as I needed to check into work. Owner was very dismissive of the problem Also he sent us the wrong pin so sent us on a 30 minute round trip. Spider webs and hair were in the shower/bedroom and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window as so many spiders just outside the window »
