„What a great spot to stay in Clear Lake! Everything was perfect for our group of five couples who were in town for a concert at The Surf. We had plenty of space and the house was clean and very nicely done. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Great spot for any group to stay. „A nice place for us to stop on our way through town and for our first time in Clear Lake. Some lamps would be a nice addition, especially in the bedrooms. There are some tricky stairs that less sure-footed guests should be aware of.“

„I had business in town and my wife came with for the 4th. We do not have a boat but the access to the water by way of the dock was fantatic! She floatied around with the ducks for days. Property location was excellent right next to an ice cream shop. Everything we needed and more...deck..fire pit...lots of indoor space....just a nice property. Oh ...and owners were fantastically accommodating. Thanx!“

„We had a really nice time staying at Swordfish Dog Retreat. The house was clean, well appointed, and wonderfully decorated. It is within walking distance to the downtown and the lake. The lower level was stocked with everything you need to make your dog comfy and the fenced in yard was great too! Mike and Abby were easy to contact about check in and anything else we needed. We hope to stay again in the near future. “

„This lovingly-updated home is an absolute gem! Steps from the lake and PM Park, the home combines the charm and nostalgia of grandma’s farm house with the modern conveniences of a newer home. The open kitchen and screened-in porch invites a family to gather for board games, meals and coffee in the morning. „Check in was easy. Location was key for this stay! We came to town to see a concert at the Surf Ballroom. The place was clean and stocked with the basic needs for our stay. We were able to easily walk to the surf within 5 minutes. The place was on the cozy side, but there was only 3 of us, so it fit our needs. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. We would stay again!“
