« The town of Fernie has everything you need and some interesting and scenic surroundings. It is primarily a biking, hiking, fishing, skiing mecca. A great place to use a mountain bike and lots of trails for both hiking and biking. It was nice to have two bedrooms with other shared space so we had the option of cooking our own meals although we ate out a lot. We found a couple of unique places - an Italian gelato shop and a French bakery plus several dress shops, spas and other specialty shops....

Nice large deck area to hang outside. 5 minute drive to Fernie alpine resort. Arguably one of the most cost effective places to stay and play within Fernie. »
