„The host was welcoming and polite. Our flight was very delayed, due to weather, resulting in a late arrival. We had to call the host around 10 pm and Alex answered the phone and assisted us in finding the correct entrance and running to the grocery store for water and a little food. We had a few hiccups that were taken care of quickly. The cottage is rustic as noted and quaint. „Everything was excellent. We had some questions when we first arrived and the host was extremely helpful. Note: Just a FYI, you must climb 2 1/2 flights of stairs to get to the apt. We are in our 70’s and that was difficult with large luggage. We also had to walk about 2 to 3 blocks with luggage up a slight hill to get to the property.“

„great location; beautiful view; great pool and outdoor area. it really is not a 3 bedroom, the "3rd bedroom" was more of an office with a pull out couch. Our daughter was not happy but we made the best of it. Not a lot of privacy since the second bedroom entrance you walked through the "3rd bedroom" unless you walked outside.Otherwise was great! Thoroughly enjoyed St John.“

„Beautiful home with a great view of Cruz Bay. Communication with the host/property manager was very good. There were coolers, ice packs, snorkel gear, pool noodles (great to use while snorkeling) and chairs available to use which was very helpful. Kids loved the pool. Definitely helpful to have a jeep as it is on a steep road. House is towards the top of the road shortly after the pavement ends and it turns into a dirt road. “

„One night stay here. Cute boutique hotel convenient to the ferry and Cruz Bay restaurants. Beach chairs, towels, etc. were complimentary and really appreciated! Didn’t try the complimentary continental breakfast. Karen and David were fantastic hosts, went out of their way to help us make the most of our short stay, with suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Deck was nice place to relax, with a very small pool.“

„This place has everything and was much bigger than anticipated. 2 large balconies, enjoyed hanging out at night listening to the frogs and the many iguanas that hang out at the top of the trees in the morning. Everything is included for your stay including beach chairs/coolers and a hose for washing sand off. Even included sunscreen.To help the next person use maps and put SSV Air-b-n-b as the directions. The driveway is steep but we managed with a compact car. Another note there are 2 TV's ...
