This condo was in a great location, first floor, easy access & quiet location. I appreciate that our host messaged me about the measle vaccine situation a few weeks prior to our trip. George, our private water taxi driver and groundskeeper greeted us at the water taxi spot and boated us over to OakRidge Cay. „Our family of 5 had a lovely 7 night stay at this condo. The location was excellent. We were close to restaurants and bars, but secluded from the busy tourist scene of West Bay Beach. The condo was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. The condition was good and could use updates, so if you are picky about staying in a modern/up-to-date place, you may want to look elsewhere. „Property was a great size for all of us. Pool was amazing, we added the package which was great the food was delicious.I just wish the housekeeping would’ve been much more serious. Towels replenished, smelling clean would’ve been such a great touch. Changing bedding at least once during our 8 night stay would’ve made such a difference. Taking out trash daily, we were a large group and it would’ve been nice for that to happen without us asking for it.“

"Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok."
