« Great location walking out onto the beach front with dining, shopping & groceries in both directions. You are on the heart of the main street so everything in the area is walkable. I felt incredibly safe and we had the best beach views. The owner is lovely & friendly, speaking great English which was helpful! Room was a very generous size however we had a power outage both days (not the propertys fault, the entire street was out). Highly reccomend, very satisfied!! »

« Had great stay, it was our first trip to Roatan and West Bay did not disappoint! Coral Sands is the perfect location with easy walking to the snorkeling reefs and lots of restaurant choices. Anita arranged for a taxi service to pick up from airport and stop at the main grocery store. I highly recommend as the mini-marts in West Bay are a lot smaller with not as much fresh produce/meats. « The property is wonderful. The best part is the location. It is at the very east end of West Bay. Directly on the water with a perfect small bay for relaxing in the calm ocean water with a drink in hand. It’s a short 5 minute beach walk to all the restaurants and nightlife of West Bay but you can stay away from the beach crowds that come in daily of the cruise ships if you choose. The house itself has everything you need for an extended stay, like a full size washer/dryer and a full kitchen....

« A group of 10 us has the most wonderful time here! Communication with Jerri was the best I’ve ever had with any host both before and during the trip. Mabel and George, the house managers, were able to accommodate our every need and were always available. Mabel made dinner one night too and it was the best meal we had the whole time we were there! The ac worked great in the rooms and the kitchen was well-stocked. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful property - we’ll be back! »

« We had a wonderful week at the Sandridge house. Make sure you have step by step directions to the house so that you don't end up looking for it for an hour and a half. Once we got settled in, it was hard to leave, except to go next door to tiny Blue Island Divers for scuba diving. Don't be worried that guests have to pay for the electricity during their stay. « VRBO rental was excellent. Property was well maintained. Secluded, but with walking access to West Bay beaches an associated activities. Pool area was excellent for hanging out, or swimming laps (35 yds) if desired. Good amenities supplied as part of the rental. No shortage of towels or kitchen supplies. Filtered water supply and on on-site generator were tremendous. No need for bottled water and generator took over seamlessly during area power outages. Parking on site was excellent. »

« Only negative, but a big one: misleading posting of three bedrooms with one king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds, love seat futon and a couch futon. Everything correct except the twin beds were actually mats on the floor! Which would have been fine for young kids; but, they were very uncomfortable for adults. »

« First off the concierge Caroline met our flight, took us grocery shopping, and was a bright note throughout our stay. The villa was a perfect getaway. The restaurant was a few minutes walk along the beach and their food was delicious. It is a great place for family gatherings. We’re sorry our family was unable to join us, but overall we had a great time. So great we were wishing we could have had a few more days. »
