« Öncelikle ilk defa Belboy hizmeti olmayanbir otelde konakladim. Insan karşılama ve giriş hizmeti sonrasında valizlerinin temizlenmesini bekliyor. 3 kişilik rezervasyon yaptık ancak odada havlu, bornoz, terlik eksikti. Oda servisini aradık biz çıkış yapana kadar gelmedi. Konforu ve konumu mükemmel. Ancak oda servisi ve oda hizletleri ile reception olanaklari arttirilmali. Bir daha kalacak mıyım bilmiyorum. Parasının karşılığı değil. Memnun kalmadım. »

« Комната небольшая, не то 8, не то 10 кв.м. Есть жидкое мыло и диспенсер с гелем для душа в ванной. Кровать жестковата, матрас тонкий. Холодильник есть, надо включать. ТВ с ВК видео. »

« In general, it is a good new hotel, but... when i was checking-in i was told that there was no room booked on my name even though i paid it in advance. Later they told me that they do not work with Expedia (where i booked this hotel) and asked me to pay for my stay. Of course, i refused because i already paid and couldn't cancel it.
