« Not really a 5 star, room and bathroom not very big, we had much better elsewhere, but splendid view and comfortable bed. Service in restaurant was great thanks to its manager!
Noisy hotel, room doors not sound insulated while children play and scream in the corridors until 11pm and from 7:30am! Noisy dining room too, as often in India. hotel out of the way, a little far from everything.
Apparently this hotel does not provide anything for the Driver unfortunately, except 2 washrooms for lots of...

« We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New yearâs eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. After many phone calls to Expedia and the hotel the issue was sorted. The issue was with hotelâs reservation system. Also the hotel photo shown on Expedia is different to that of the actual hotel. « HÎtel avec une belle vue mais vieillissant dans son architecture, ses installations et son mobilier.
Petit déjeuné et soins du spa corrects.
Piscine agréable avec une belle vue également. »

« The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffedâwhen we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am.
According to their âproforma invoiceâ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...
