« There was a problem with the check in, because I thought the entrance was on the other side of the house, so I had to wait a bit until I received the right information from the host. Besides that, everything was good and the apartment was nice and clean. I enjoyed staying there for a couple of nights. »

« Lovely apartment with view over city. Very quiet. Happened to meet the building owner who was lovely and very interested in our feedback. A very well managed property. Location just across the river from the old town was perfect. »

« There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all. »
