„That is how you imagine a good british hotel when coming from the continent. We stayed 2 nights as family. Has an old style character, but the rooms we had were renovated. Dinner, Teatime and Breakfast were good, we enjoyed it. Also the sourrounding is very nice, the kids loved the peacocks. The pool was ok, the dressing rooms was a little bit of outdated, but it seems that there are renovations ongoing. All in all a recommendation, if we would be in that area again, we would definitly come ...

„We have stayed at DoubleTree many times. Reception staff are always welcoming. Evgenia is always friendly and helpful. She has checked us in on our last three visits. As a side note, we have witnessed a guest being quite rude to her and she communicated with them in such a professional manner. We sometimes request a room up-grade and the hotel has always been able to accommodate, even if it is for a specific room, so thank you House-keeping staff.
