On checking in, I enquired about the facilities and was informed that if I had booked directly with the hotel, I would have been able to use the pool and gym and get breakfast included. To use the gym and pool, I would have to pay extra. »

« The parking was problematic as some had parked a petrol car in the charging bay, which they did move on request. The room was cold as someone had left the window open. The room and hallway smelt of smoking and generally was very old. The bedding was clean and fresh and the bud was comfy. There was no hot water in the morning until I went to reception and asked about it and was told just run the water. The towel rail was broken with electric cable hanging off. The television had no signal, so...
