« Firstly, Darryl, the property manager, does an exceptional job. He didn't just meet us and hand us a key. He personally gave us a tour of all the facilities and included a free Rum Punch at the wonderful TIKI bar on the premises while he gave us tips about the area. He also arranged taxis and a snorkeling trip. He was always available to handle anything we needed. He is the best property manager we've ever had. « The apartment is in a great location. It’s the best part of the rental. The manager was wonderful and responsive , and accommodating when we needed it. The place could benefit from some updating , the pictures look better than the actual state of the furnishing. « This was our 3rd time staying in the Dock House at the Chat and Chill. What can I say? It’s been so lovely we have come 3 times, 3 years in a row. We love the low key, no frills, all fun that this place is. Daniel and his family keep this place so well kept and wonderful. They are incredible hosts who are so attentive and kind. « Our family of 4 quite enjoyed our stay at the hidden gem. The location at the south end of the island was ideal for us as we could get away from the commotion of activities when you get further north towards the split. We rented bikes and easily found our way around the island. Staff is accommodating and friendly. We’d go back again! »

« Great Location and Rooftop Patio. Rooms were spacious and clean. Owner was very accomodating to our early checkin and transfers to and from the airport. We were able to book a golf cart directly through them with ease. Would recommend. »

« Overall a little underwhelmed with the property. The decor/style is cute - but it feels run down. The bathrooms are a dark cement cave- terrible lighting and very small mirrors. It wasn’t terrible- but I wouldn’t stay here again. We did enjoy the hammocks and outdoor seating. »
