« Booked a club room but staff tried to put me in a regular room, insisting that it was a club room even though it was much smaller. I was taken to a club room upon insisting of being provided one, and told that this was in the older wing. The older wing turned out to be under part maintenance, though I was promised that the rooms were well maintained. « Elevator was not working. We had a injured person who had to walk up 4 set of stairs to the room.worst experience ever. We ordered food in the room. The delivery noy did not vring spoons and forks and asked us rudely to eat in hands or he will take back the food. Room and bathroom was dirty amd not cleaned »
